Sinopec's ethylene output reached a record high in the first half of the year

In the first half of the year, Sinopec's ethylene plant produced 4424000 tons of ethylene, an increase of 10000 tons over the same period last year, setting a record high; the yield of ethylene, diene and high value-added products reached the best level in the same period since it was put into operation.
Since this year, Sinopec has focused on lean management, strengthened the "three small" and "three non" management, and improved the safe and stable operation level of the unit under high load. Around the optimization of ethylene raw materials, operation optimization, product structure optimization and energy saving and consumption reduction, 41 optimization measures were issued to track the market price and trend of ethylene raw materials, timely calculate the marginal benefit changes of various raw materials, refine the management system and strictly assess.
The ethylene plant continuously optimizes the raw material structure and processing scheme, processes more saturated liquefied gas and high-quality C5 top oil, so as to increase ethylene production. In view of the large deviation of cot display of cracking furnace at the end of operation of the unit, part of the rotating speed of cracking gas compressor and vibration probe failure, etc., the long-term operation of cracking furnace and large turbine was vigorously carried out, and the stable operation of "three machines" for 19 months was carried out; the calorific value control of cracking furnace, off-line analysis of cracked gas and optimized operation of APC automatic control system were carried out to ensure the optimal working condition of cracking furnace.
